Alfred, son of Reuben and Harriet Oakes, Over, Labourer, was christened on the 14th April 1861. Wm. C. Dudley, Curate.
2) In the 1881 and 1891 Census Alfred is shown as a brickmaker. On his son Wiliams birth certificate of April 1894, Alfred is shown as a Labourer. In the 1901 census he is shown as a General Labourer.
